RadioWing has extensive experience turning early prototypes built around programmable integrated circuits into complete, production-ready electronic products. Our engineers develop the custom circuitry needed for reliable operation, proper interaction between system components, and electromagnetic compatibility. We also address the physical layout of the product, including PCB placement, enclosure constraints, connectors, cooling, power distribution, and the practical requirements of assembly and maintenance.
Each design is developed with its real operating conditions in mind. This includes different operating modes, temperature ranges, vibration, electrical loads, electromagnetic interference, and other environmental factors. The goal is not only to make the prototype work, but to create a stable and repeatable design that can perform reliably throughout its intended service life.
Our software team supports the full product stack. We develop low-level drivers, firmware, communication protocols, and embedded control software, as well as user-facing control interfaces and applications. Close coordination between hardware and software engineers allows us to solve integration issues early and achieve predictable system performance.
RadioWing also has experience preparing projects for volume manufacturing. This includes design optimization, production documentation, component selection, manufacturing support, functional testing, and quality control procedures. We help move a project from an engineering prototype to a product that can be manufactured consistently, tested efficiently, and supplied in serial quantities.
